| Scott Bolyard is the managing partner
and founder of CDS. He graduated from West Virginia University
where he received honors for his study of Landscape Architecture.
With project successes that extend from Florida to West Virginia
he has influenced the creation and managed the design of
many successful projects. |

| Scott strives at all times to create sensitive,
original solutions that emphasize each project's inherent
beauty, by ensuring harmony between built environments and
the natural character of the land. For his inspired ideas,
he has garnered over 15 national and state design and project
achievement awards. In addition to his ambitious pursuits
in Landscape Architecture, he is a full time husband, father
of two, and part time renovator of his 1900’s Dutch
Colonial house. |
