With the base plan, site analysis, program and envisioning ideas, CDS will develop a master plan for the overall project. This will be a general representation of the overall arrangement of the development program and concepts including but not limited to: access, entrances, gateways, community amenities and program uses, community buildings and structures, lakes, ponds, pools, water features, lots and home sites, open space, conservation areas, trails, greenways, roads and vehicular connectivity.
