CDS will help prepare the design portion of the
site and architectural control guidelines that pertain to the
proposed site and covenant issues for the project. These guidelines
will detail the rules and regulations, codes, and development
requirements for the project. Depending on the design guidelines
requirements of the project, additional work may be required
by an attorney, architect, civil engineer, property management
consultant, surveyor, environmental consultant, or marketing
firm to accomplish the final work. Additionally CDS can perform
site plan, landscape, and professional development reviews for
the established Review Advisory Board to insure that all proposed
and future architectural development meets the design guideline
objectives.
