Depending on the location of the project, limits of construction and requirements for governmental agency reviews, several state and federal permits may be required to construct the project. These permits may include but are not limited to: Erosion Control, D.O.T. Driveway and Encroachment, County or City Building, Stream and Wetland (Army Corps. of Engineers), Planning Board Review (incl. site plan review, technical review and public hearings).
