
Prior to the purchase of any tract of land often
a period of due diligence is allowed to explore the feasibility
of a development venture. This may include but not be limited
to: development potential, permit analysis, zoning requirements,
access potential, utility analysis, geo-technical analysis, consultant
team requirements, schedules and financial proforma. CDS will
prepare a written and graphic report demonstrating the feasibility
of the project in order to make informed and accurate purchase
decisions.
