Design Development is the furthering of conceptual ideas from the master plan into detailed drawings that explain layout, materials, grading, construction and building techniques in order to convey design concepts completely and obtain client approvals, necessary permits and approximate constructions costs. Some of these elements may include but are not limited to: entrances, park elements, open space, greenways, trails, community amenity and club areas, non-habitable architectural structures, roadways and signage.
