During the construction phases, CDS will provide observation and administrative services to ensure that work completed is consistent with the intent of the design aesthetic and construction documents and that the construction process moves forward timely and efficiently. Typical services include but are not limited to: bid preparation and review, contactor submittals, shop drawing and product sample review, status report evaluation, change order requests, contractor application for payment and on site observation.
